Thorn The Plushie Ent. presents the Amber & Ashe: Rise of Uagadou! Uagadou is the largest wizarding school in the world, located in the "Mountains of the Moon" in Uganda, Africa. Every year, one of our showcases is devoted to helping create justice in our community. As such, a portion of the ticket sales goes to a caring cause. This year, we are raising money for the New Arrivals Institute.   

How does this all fit together?

This show is based on Afro Steampunk, where we can create any future we want in the now and draw inspiration from our ancestors of the diaspora. We focus on wandless alchemy, using your body as a powerful source of magick. The show will explore self transmutation, herbalism, ancient divination, astronomy, astrology, and alchemy.
. We revolt against oppression and reject the notion that we CANNOT or NEVER WILL! This show is about possibilities, and your challenge as a performer is to bring your vision of what could be and make it a RIGHT NOW on the stage... with the help of your roots!
