Haunted Heartthrob: Faces of Asherah

Asherah is the female name of God—erased from history by a patriarchy that sought to wipe out matriarchal authority and community balance. 

Faces of Asherah invites dancers to explore two historically forbidden expressions: Pleasure and Rage. We are here to haunt the patriarchy, honor every face of our power, and leave it all on the floor.

Audition Guidelines & Dual Submissions:

Dancers are welcome to apply for both the Pleasure and Rage categories! However, if you choose to submit for both, you must complete and submit a separate application for each concept.
