Shipping Policy for Our Safe Space Center

1. General Shipping Information Thank you for supporting Our Safe Space Center! This Shipping Policy applies to all physical merchandise purchased directly from the official Our Safe Space Center website.

Please note that the majority of our offerings, such as workshops, virtual classes, and consultations, are digital or service-based and do not require shipping. This policy is for physical goods only (e.g., plushies, apparel, books).

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please be aware that processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or special promotions.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: We ship all domestic orders via standard ground shipping, typically using USPS or UPS.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and the destination address.

  • Delivery Time: After the processing period, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that these are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.

5. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International: At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States.

6. Damaged Items Our Safe Space Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photos may be required. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

7. Important Notice Regarding Featured Businesses and Third-Party Sellers Our Safe Space Center is proud to connect our community with a wide range of supportive organizations through our Community Resource Hub. Some of these independent organizations may sell their own products.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Separate Policies: Any business or organization featured on or linked from our Site operates with its own distinct shipping, return, and privacy policies.

  • No Responsibility: Our Safe Space Center is not a party to any transaction you make with a third-party business. We are not responsible for their product quality, order fulfillment, shipping processes, or customer service.

  • User Responsibility: Before making a purchase from any featured organization, we strongly advise you to locate and review their individual policies. All inquiries, issues, or claims related to a purchase from a third-party business must be directed to that business.
